This Kami-Meguro stand skips sugar syrup entirely and builds every drink around honey instead. It changes the body of a latte more than you'd expect, rounder, less sharp.

The Meguro river is two minutes away and is the reason most people end up in this neighbourhood. Grab the cup and walk it there.
