Single-origin sencha, poured infusion by infusion

sui opened on 22 February 2026 inside the Terrada Art Complex in Tennozu and pours premium single-origin sencha the way a coffee bar pours single-origin beans. Each leaf is brewed several times so you taste how it changes.

It is a tea room rather than a takeaway counter, which fits a building full of galleries. Allow forty minutes; rushing the third infusion defeats the point.
