Roman-style pizza and fresh pasta, Moscow roots
The dough here rests for 72 hours before it hits the oven, and it shows in the crust: light, blistered, properly Roman. The pasta isn't bought in either. It's made fresh in house every day.
This is the Almaty branch of an Italian concept that started in Moscow, landing in the city just after Nauryz wrapped up. Good sign for anyone craving carbs over holiday leftovers.

Italian cuisine🍕🍝 Interior is really cosy🤍 I chose lasagna and it was perfect. As a desert option I tried the famous among bloggers Lemon desert. It looks like real lemon - white chocolate with muss, lemon bites and mint💚💛🍋 FYI tiramisu was flawless 🤎
