One room for coffee, one for wine, six o'clock switch

SIX Coffee + Wine splits itself in two. Up front, the coffee counter runs breakfast through the afternoon, then the back room takes over once the sun drops, all fireplace and stained glass, wine instead of espresso.

A long hallway links the halves, lit to slide from sunrise tones to sunset as the evening goes. There's a photo corner with designer chairs, and it's rarely empty.
