Samarkand cooking, open past midnight

Lagman noodles pulled by hand, plov cooked low and long, samsa straight out of the oven. BEK does the Samarkand end of Uzbek food on Pylimo street, one of a handful of kitchens actually pushing that street toward becoming Vilnius's best food block.

The shurpa and mastava soups are built for a table sharing everything. It's also one of the few proper kitchens in the centre still cooking well after midnight.
