Filipino and Korean cooking share a kitchen on St. Zachary Street

Chicken adobo and sisig sit on the same menu as sinigang and lumpiang spring rolls, and it works because both cuisines already had a following in Valletta before this. BAP means cooked rice in Korean, and the menu treats it as the anchor holding the two sides together.

This isn't a fusion gimmick dreamed up overnight. It's a joint venture between Pinoy Street Food and Seoul Food, two kitchens that knew each other's regulars before they shared a stove.

Absolutely incredible. Valletta's best new hidden gem! I chose this place to celebrate Father’s Day, and it could not have been more perfect. If you’re looking for an amazing culinary escape of authentic Korean Barbecue right in the heart of Valletta, you have to check this place out. It feels like a high-end fine dining experience but with the most relaxing, beautiful ambiance that completely lets you unwind. Admittedly, it took some time for the food to start arriving, but the moment we took our first bites, it all made complete sense. Everything is cooked entirely in real time, fresh to order, and presented in a stunning fine dining style. The wait is 100% worth it for quality this impressive. Hubby paired the meal with a bottle of Gavi white wine of his choice, and he was extremely content with how beautifully it all came together. Wow! You can really tell how much care has gone into absolutely everything. The Korean grilled food is incredibly curated, and even the dining wares are uniquely gorgeous, adding so much to the experience. We had such a fantastic time and are already counting down the days until we go back to try the full tasting menu. Highly, highly recommend if you want a truly special, soulful meal!

Amazing food and super service, our waiter Bappy was very professional and helpful. Everything is very well priced aswell and the restaurant is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Great service, waiters were very kind and attentive, high level attention to the client. Food is a m a z i n g. Tasty, well presented. The chef has eye for detail. Dessert was also perfect, I cannot recommend it enough, we will be back soon!

Excellent experience with BAP from start to finish. The service was very professional, efficient, and welcoming throughout. Special appreciation to the amazing Filipino crew — Ella, Jen, Roilan and John — for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. Special mention to Ella, who is always smiling😃. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I had the best dinner in Valletta ✨ Thank you to all the amazing pinoy staff who were always checking on me and were very hospitable and accommodating - something that truly comes naturally to filipinos. All the food I tried was really good; it was actually my first time eating here. I would probably go back 🤓
