Eight floors up, the only real rooftop view in Meknes

Skybar opened in August 2025 on the eighth floor of Hotel Belle Vue in Ville Nouvelle, one of the few true rooftop cocktail bars in a city where most bars stay ground-level. Food and cocktails run alongside DJ sets, DJ Hamida headlined on August 12, 2025, and the crowd is mostly Meknes locals rather than hotel guests passing through.

The pull is the view: panoramic Ville Nouvelle from a height nothing else in the city matches, in a place where alcohol service is limited to a handful of hotel bars and restaurants. Doors open at 7pm and run late, book ahead for weekend DJ nights.
