Korsane opened on Place de Tunis on Friday, October 31, 2025, and local outlet Meknespress covered it as a win for the city, quoting the head of the regional tourism council on what a new upscale kitchen means for Meknes's dining options. The menu runs Mediterranean: wood-fired artisanal pizzas, grilled fish, small plates, in a dining room styled closer to a Marrakech supper club than the tiled riad look most Meknes restaurants default to.

Algerian singer Cheb Khaled stopped in not long after the opening and ordered the seafood tagliatelle, according to staff who posted about the visit. There's already talk of a Marrakech branch, but for now Korsane is a Meknes original, a short walk from the gendarmerie royale on a stretch of Hamria that goes quiet after dark.

Such a wonderful place! The atmosphere for the match was fantastic. Even though I didn't have a reservation, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and offered me a complimentary coffee. Top-notch service and true Moroccan hospitality. definitive 5 Stars 🤩

Korsane is genuinely the best restaurant in meknes. The food was SO delicious, every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. I love how they combine traditional moroccan cuisine with more modern dishes, it makes the whole experience feel special and unique. The ambience is amazing. The space is aesthetic, stylish and still very warm and welcoming. Even the toilets were super clean and beautifully designed which says a lot about the attention to detail. A special thank you to the manager, I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but you were incredibly professional and made sure everything was perfect. And mohamad the waiter was super chill, friendly and attentive, such great service honestly. The desserts were also absolutely delicious. Everything from start to finish was 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re in meknes, I’ll definitely be coming back.
