Rooftop cocktails with a Mexican twist
CIMA sits on top of the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel, an 18-and-over rooftop with a glass-enclosed lounge and an open-air terrace looking out over Centrum. The view alone is worth the elevator ride, even before the drinks arrive.
The drinks menu builds "taptails" around a Mexican accent, the bar's term for its tap-poured cocktails. A DJ takes over Friday and Saturday nights.
