Seasonal waterside dining at the NDSM wharf

Barossa sits at Werfkade in the NDSM area, between former ship sheds and creative workshops. Views stretch over the IJ, the kind of industrial waterfront setting few other Amsterdam dining rooms can claim.

Chef-owner Christian Motte builds a seasonal menu with South American touches: ceviche, tartare, risotto. The interior mixes wood, soft fabrics and warm lighting. Anne Claus designed it.
