Omakase sushi counter on the Utrechtsestraat

You don't order here. You sit down and the chef decides, plate by plate, once the owners had eaten their way through the best Japanese restaurants in the world.

The counter and furniture came over from Japan, and the sake list runs deep into bottles you won't find elsewhere in town. It takes over the old Restaurant ACE space at Utrechtsestraat 33.
