It was, in one word: fantastic! We had booked the Chef’s Table to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday here, and that was absolutely not overlooked. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome. At the Chef’s Table, you sit literally right in the middle of the kitchen and can watch everything that happens. You sit comfortably at the bar, right next to the chef, making you truly part of the experience. What an amazing experience! And then the food… truly finger-licking good. Every dish was delicious and prepared with so much care. The atmosphere felt warm and familiar, almost as if you were a guest in someone’s home. The service was also phenomenal. Victor, an incredibly sweet man from São Paulo who also speaks very good Dutch, together with the chef, made our evening complete. What warm, friendly, and personal service! We thoroughly enjoyed this special evening and would love to come back here. Highly recommended!

We went out for dinner with a group of colleagues, 5 people. We called ahead to let them know that there would be a vegetarian; this was supposed to be no problem. We ordered a mix of all the dishes so that everyone could share. The food was genuinely delicious, but the vegetarian options (a grilled tomato, garnished with different types of tomato, and a few slices of kohlrabi with a sauce) were in no way enough for an adult. These were the only two vegetarian dishes. At the end of the meal, we just ordered a stack of bread. Again, the food was delicious, but more thought should be given to whether the vegetarian options together constitute a complete meal. It is especially unfortunate that dietary requirements were communicated in advance. The service also took a very long time.

We discovered it by chance. Incredible atmosphere, perfect decor, and you can even see the kitchen. Exceptional service, extensive wine list, and beautifully prepared food. Not as expensive as we expected. It's definitely worth it.
