Natural wine up front, a hidden tasting menu behind it

Bar Flor pours natural and classic wine by the glass, with plates built for sharing. It's set in the old Fabuleux building on the Verwersstraat, a name Den Bosch missed after it closed. Walk in any time from lunch through evening.

Behind the bar sits Restaurant Jaune, a small room running a set seasonal menu. Book ahead: Jaune takes reservations, Flor doesn't. Chef Nik Tonglet and sommelier Lorenzo van Doorn run both, open since 2026.
