Grab a cold beer, order a picadito, and don't rush it. That's the whole idea at Tomillo, a Kerkstraat cervecería close enough to the Sint-Jan that the cathedral fills the window.

Cris and Suzanne Panday and Marc and Fleur Bouman built it out of a shared love for Spain, naming it after the thyme that scents half the food there. It's a deliberate contrast to the Korte Putstraat around the corner, where everything is a sit-down dinner.

This is a truly fantastic Spanish tapas restaurant in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch!! We drank Aqua de Valencia here, and you could really taste the fresh orange juice in it. Because the pinchos were made fresh here, we got a few for free as new fresh ones had to be made. The staff is very friendly!

What great tapas restaurants. Very friendly staff. No tapas prepared long in advance, but freshly made dishes. Delicious! You really feel like you're in Spain. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic (tapas) restaurant. Delicious food and super hospitable. The highlight, besides the food, is that they serve the dishes one after the other. This gives you plenty of time to taste and eat everything properly. Good food, tasty sangria, 5 stars

Always fun and good! We used to come here almost every week. Due to a move, we come a little less often now, but we still love it. Delicious Spanish snacks and fine wines and beers. The chef really knows the kitchen. You can taste it. The team is genuinely committed and incredibly friendly. You feel welcome immediately. A lovely evening every single time. 10/10!!
