Cakes to order on the Kepplerstraat

Two home bakers met in a Facebook group and now run a cake atelier together. That's the whole origin story, and the cake by the slice backs it up: fresh, with coffee alongside, plus made-to-order cakes for birthdays and weddings.

It sits a street off the Reinkenstraat, so it slots neatly into a Saturday of errands.

Daria has such a sweet shop running with her friend, you want to come back again and again if only for a nice chat and ever-delicious teas. Cakes are hands-down one of the best mix of classic and experimental, proving how when you put your heart and put the things you love on display, the joy is multiplied by experience of the patrons who cannot but recognize and respond to it

This is a heaven in your mouth! Totally best cake I did ever eat. You pay more then maybe most of other places but this is almost michellin staar experience.

My partner ordered me a Kyiv birthday cake (which was fantastic!!) from the girls at Adore a couple of months ago, so it was only right that I get him a cake in return 😋 the result - a delicious cream-cheese based vanilla strawberry cake! PS ask about the chocolate printed custom decoration - it’s so fun!
