The croissants take three days from mixing to oven, and you can see it in the layers. Number Ten built its name in Rotterdam before claiming this corner of the Molenstraat.

It runs the day-horeca way: coffee and pastry in the morning, lunch through the afternoon, shut before dinner.

Lovely and genuinely kind staff, with a modern and nicely designed interior. They also have outdoor tables, which is a great option when the weather is good. I only stopped by for a takeaway coffee, but the coffee itself was very enjoyable ☕ The one disappointment was the complete lack of vegan food options, which felt a little unexpected for a café like this. That could be a real drawback for vegan visitors, especially if they are planning to stay for longer. Still, the friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and good coffee made it a positive experience overall.

The matcha latte here was truly authentic, rich, and full of flavor. They use organic matcha imported from Japan, and it was carefully whisked to order, which made the experience feel even more special. I was also impressed by how kind and attentive the staff were. Their warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine Japanese matcha experience.

Fresh and really tasty food and pastry! We tried the chicken and egg/bacon tosties and the strawberry cheesecake and cinnamon bun for dessert and they were all delicious! The prices are just fine for the region and NL in general (around 12€ for the toasties, 5€ for coffee/juice, and ~5€ for pastry). The stuff was very friendly and even though the food took slightly longer to be served it was within reasonable time. The atmosphere is also cozy and cute. I would definitely come back!

I read about Number Ten opening a branch in The Hague and decided to try it out since the reviews and pictures on Instagram looked very appealing. We arrived pretty early in the morning and so not all the pastries were available. The croissants are delicious and my husband tried the cinnamon bun. He also had a grilled sandwich and everything was delicious. Service was very welcoming and nice. Just as a tip: would be good to have a "no dogs allowed" sign outside the cafe. Fortunately we hadn't taken ours with us that day but a female customer came in with her dog and got into quite a discussion with the service personnel as to why the cafe did not allow dogs. Most cafes that don't allow dogs have a sign outside which is a help. We will definitely be back.
