Stunning interior, with some unique but beautiful design choices. Super comfortable beds and rooms overall, just lacking some storage. Excellent gym featuring every bit of equipment a fitness fan would love. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Only downside was the service. Whilst housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, reception staff was especially unbothered by guests arriving, and did nothing to make one feel welcome. When arriving with kids, I would expect to be given the kid amenities without asking. Likewise if my small child says they’re thirsty after the lady at reception gets herself water, it would go such a long way to also offer some to my child. But nope. Restaurant staff was also not friendly aside from the Italian bar tender, who was so great and also amazing with kids! Would be 5 stars for me with better staff. Probably wouldn’t come again with how unfriendly reception was.

Stayed from July 23rd to 26th, 2026 (Room 303). Our room was wonderful and fully equipped with everything you’d need if you want to cook your own meals (which we actually did!). It had huge windows with a great view, and housekeeping cleaned every single day. The staff at reception were super helpful whenever we needed anything. Oh, and bonus points: they also have a gym and an on-site laundromat where you can wash your clothes for a really reasonable price. A big thank you to the team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at De Plesman Hotel, The Hague I recently spent two wonderful nights at De Plesman Hotel during a business trip to The Hague, and I can confidently say it was one of my best hotel experiences. From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. The hotel combines comfort, elegance, and efficiency, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. Our meetings were held at the OFFICE and conference facilities within the hotel, where around 20 colleagues gathered for full-day sessions. The meeting spaces were well organised, comfortable, and perfectly suited for productive discussions. Having the meeting venue and accommodation in the same location made the entire experience extremely convenient. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. After long business meetings, it was a pleasure to return to such a relaxing environment. The attention to detail in the room design and maintenance was clearly evident. The food was another highlight of my stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently excellent, offering high-quality ingredients, great variety, and outstanding service. Every meal was enjoyable and exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is also ideal. It is conveniently situated close to The Hague city centre. For those who enjoy walking, the city can be reached with a pleasant 30–40 minute walk through attractive surroundings, while a short 10-minute car ride gets you there even faster. What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and committed to ensuring guests had a positive experience. I would highly recommend De Plesman Hotel to anyone visiting The Hague, whether for business or leisure. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, quality, location, and service. I look forward to staying there again during future visits. Thank you to the entire De Plesman team for a memorable stay.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Stylish. Comfortable. Very convenient with a tram stop right in front. I really enjoyed using a rental bike and exploring the water front. My friend ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed it. I'd definitely stay here and take public transit around the Netherlands. The trains can be pricey but not as much as the cost difference for staying in a comparable spot in Amsterdam.

I like this place. The historic building is cool and so is the interior design. Rooms at rear face a massive construction site right now (May26), so are better to be avoided. Parking is costly (25eur / day) with limited availability. Nice staff. Quiet surroundings (at the weekend).
