Maastricht hospitality and vlaai in a Den Haag hotel

Rino Soeters of LBG Hotels has a complaint about hotels: step inside one and you could be in any city. Townhouse answers it by dragging Limburg into Den Haag on purpose.

The Bleijenburg was rebuilt into 88 rooms, with Jolie Cafe Manger on the ground floor serving vlaai and full plates in a living-room setting that neighbours use too. The concept won Best Hotel Concept of the Netherlands back in 2011.
