Cusco's first specialty roaster, now on Pampa de la Alianza

Cusco's original specialty coffee bar moved into a purpose-built room on Pampa de la Alianza, with its own bakery next door. Peruvian architect Juan Carlos Doblado designed the space, which landed a Sprudge awards nomination.

The bar pulls espresso and pours filter from traceable lots, switching roast profiles every few weeks. It's open daily 8am to 9:30pm, longer hours than most of the historic centre keeps at 3,400 metres.

Here's a polished version that flows naturally while keeping your feedback balanced: This place was very chic, with a modern atmosphere that felt more American than local. The service was a bit disappointing—I asked for a pastry and was told they were sold out, but about 20 minutes later, when I went to pay, they had restocked them. I would have happily waited if I had known they would be available so soon. If you're a coffee lover, though, this is definitely worth a visit. The coffee is incredibly strong and full of flavor.

A must-visit in Cusco!!! 🇵🇪 Stopped by this gem, ranked among the Top 100 Cafés in the World, and had to experience it ourselves! Tried their famous blueberry pastry, iced latte, hot latte, and the iconic Capri sandwich 🥐☕🥪 Loved the vibe, the flavors, and the experience, definitely worth the hype! Highly recommend and already looking forward to visiting again on our next Cusco trip. 🏔️✨

A coworker who visited Cusco about a month before I did recommended this coffee shop, and I'm glad I made the trip. The first time I stopped by, there was a long line, so I came back on another day—and it was definitely worth the wait. Both the latte and the pour-over were excellent, showcasing the quality of the coffee. My favorite, though, was one of their signature coffee drinks. The combination of coffee with other ingredients was refreshing, well-balanced, and something a little different from the usual. It was a great reminder that creative coffee drinks can still let the coffee shine. If you're looking for a great café in Cusco, this one is absolutely worth a visit.

Definitely worth a visit if you like specialty coffee and you're in Cusco for a few days. It's almost always busy so you might have to wait outside for a while to get a table. I tried a few different coffees but especially liked the flat white and iced V60. The pastries were also great.

An absolute must-visit for modern coffee lovers! The attention to detail in their brewing—from precisely weighed doses to perfect extraction—is truly outstanding. They serve exceptionally vibrant, ethically sourced Peruvian coffees with beautiful latte art. The food menu and pastry selection are equally impressive, featuring flaky croissants and savory bites that pair perfectly with a rich flat white.
