Eleven courses, two blocks off the Plaza de Armas
Four starters, a run of mains, then dessert. Suyu's eleven-course tasting menu pulls ingredients from the whole country, coast, highlands and jungle, onto a handful of plates in a small room on Calle Santa Teresa.
It's under three minutes on foot from the Plaza de Armas, and it costs well under what a menu this length would run in Lima. The room seats only a few tables, book ahead.

Suyo is a very modern place, definitely seems dedicated to tourists, we did a taste test sampler of multiple different meals and I think this was great as someone who is not from Peru and wants to try multiple different things and one setting. The portions were small for this, but they all added up and you were full by the end. During our dinner, they did interactive dances based off of their culture, overall, this was a great experience! This is somewhere where you likely only go once but definitely a must. they also had a lot of fun drinks!

The live preforming was very nice. We didn't expect that. It was a nice surprise. The cocktail were very tasty. The food was ok. The place is a bit noisy (when there is no preforming)

I recommend this restaurant a tip if you like the cocktail pisco sour , and don't like sweet cocktails ask to cut a half the sweet ingredient (jarabe de goma) that they are using . The waiter Rodrigo very kind a professional

This was an interesting restaurant! Came because we wanted to do the tasting menu and try out the different flavors. It's 85 soles and only decent. Nothing exciting - suggest ordering individually. If you want to try a little of each it is a nice opportunity. I ordered a big ceviche and ate that as a main and it was delicious ! Love the trout and salmon. Rack of lamb was average - verry fatty. Desserts are decent. It's a decent spot - very cute but better restaurants in town.

Incredible experience for 30$. Ten dishes tasting menu, do not hesitate! Have to give some serving tips to the staff and same music played continuously for the entire dinner otherwise would have been an absolute 5 . The menu give you a culinary tour through Peru and every item was top notch. 4 starters. 4 main and 3 desserts!
