Five rooms, one house, run by the team behind Atemporal

Fausto has five rooms on Avenida de la Aviación, on the quieter northern edge of Miraflores. It's the second Lima property from Andean, the group behind Atemporal, a converted 1940s mansion a few streets away.

At this size it feels like staying in someone's very well-run house. Breakfast is made to order, staff outnumber rooms, and the common areas are living rooms, not a lobby. It's about fifteen minutes on foot from the clifftop parks and a short walk from Museo Amano and its pre-Columbian textile collection.

Good to know

• With only five rooms it books out fast in the June-to-September high season.
• It is a fifteen-minute walk to the malecón and close to the Museo Amano textile collection.
