No pastry case, no croissants, no menu to wade through. Cookiery does one thing and does it well, a few minutes' walk from Piotrkowska.

It's part of a wave of single-product bakeries that landed across central Łódź within months of each other, alongside Jemy Kremy and Chałka i masło. Worth the detour if you're already on Gdańska.
