Batch does one thing and repeats it well: cookies with a crisp shell and a chewy center, sold by the piece or stacked into cookie cakes. The Winston Churchill Avenue location added matcha to the counter, turning an afternoon sugar stop into a reason to sit down.

Go late morning for the full lineup. The popular batches sell through by evening.
