Coffee, cocktails and croissants under one roof

Three operations share one room on Avenida de la Constitución: a specialty coffee bar, a molecular drinks program and a bakery pulling croissants fresh from the oven. The name means racking, the step where wine moves between barrels, and the menu shifts the same way, from espresso to sandwiches to odder experiments.

It's become a laptop-friendly morning stop in Santurce. Get there early on weekends, the bollería doesn't last.

Delicious pastries - best coffee I’ve had on the island in my 13 years of coming here. Perfectly frothed milk and perfectly extracted espresso - you can taste all the notes of the coffee - it’s almost like you’re drinking an entirely different, better version of coffee.

The upsells really worked on me, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Coconut cold foam + honey latte, sweet sticky bun, the best.
