Loved the atmosphere and the service, but the highlight of the night was definitely the Negroni. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and one of the best I’ve had in Doha. A great spot for cocktails and a relaxing evening. I’ll definitely be back! 🍸

An absolutely amazing experience at Stoke & Stoker! The ambiance is outstanding and the service is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and full of character. A special thank you to Rachael, who went far beyond expectations and created a full sense of place and experience. She took the time to walk me through the cocktail map, explaining each concept with passion and knowledge, which made the experience even more memorable. Her recommendation of the signature cocktail “Old Spicy” was spot on — perfectly balanced and easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had. Stoke & Stoker is a place where atmosphere, storytelling, and service come together beautifully. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return.

A bar restaurant with an amazing atmosphere located in the Rosewood Hotel. As soon as I was seated, the waitress Ms. Rachel, opened a box filled with herbs and spices and explained their signature cocktails and mocktails. It was my first time experiencing this kind of service at any restaurant or bar, so it felt fresh and impressive. The drink menu is extensive. They offer a wide variety of fusion style hand rolls and nigiri. I tried the avocado hand roll taco which is intentionally served without soy sauce and enjoyed instead with lemon. The sesame ball dessert was also delicious, soft and chewy. The tableware was not just ordinary plates but had unique, well thought out designs which really enhanced the presentation of the food. It seems they also have live band performances from 8:30 p.m. on weekends.

A beautifully moody, elegant bar with a refined and intimate ambience. Plush seating, low lighting, and excellent background music create a space that feels cosy without being heavy, ideal for a relaxed evening. The Pisco Sour was very good. Well balanced, fresh, and smooth. Special mention to Rachel, whose service truly stood out. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely service oriented. Noticing that I felt cold, she offered a pashmina without being asked, which was a thoughtful and classy touch. Easy conversation and natural attentiveness made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. A bar that gets both ambience and service right. Calm, sophisticated, and a place you will want to stay a little longer.
