A bakery's brunch room, built on its own bread

Brutăria Maria Ioana has been a Bucharest bread name for years, and BRUTANGERIE is the brunch room it always deserved. The name mashes brutărie with boulangerie, which pretty much explains the concept.

Everything on the menu leans on the house baking, the right foundation for a brunch spot. It fills a morning gap in Floreasca, a neighborhood built for dinner. Get there early on weekends before the bread case thins out.
