Tucked in a passage off Calea Victoriei, Alba Local does modern Romanian cooking: local ingredients, seasonal plates, clean takes on dishes everyone here grew up eating. The full name, Alba Bar Gastronomic Local, gets the format right. It's a gastro bar, not a formal restaurant.
