FOKA sits inside Curtea Sticlarilor, the old glassblowers' courtyard just off Șelari, and the cooking matches the setting: contemporary, technique-heavy, plated to be looked at before you eat it. The room leans dressed-up, built for a proper night out rather than a quick bite.

It runs as restaurant and club in one, so dinner slides into a late evening without you changing address. The courtyard keeps you a step away from the street noise. Among the Old Town's newer openings, this is the polished one.
