Coeur Cafe's own Instagram traces its birth: renovation posts from August 2024, then a live account taking its first customers by May 2025. It sits on Rue Rwamamba, right next to the Rubis service station in central Huye. Central enough that reviewers just call it "downtown."

The draw is free WiFi and a real seat to work from, which matters in a university town where quiet tables near campus go fast. Open 8am to 10pm, every day.
