Fried wings and ribs opposite the bank in Massade

This food truck sits opposite the Bank of St Lucia in Massade, on the eastern edge of Gros Islet. Fried wings and fish, barbecue ribs and pork, green fig salad and potato salad on the side.

People who've tried most of the island's food trucks put this one near the top. It's consistency, not novelty, that keeps coming up. The truck's own site says nearly a decade in the same spot, getting the order right.
