The Thirsty Parrot
Gros Islet Opened Opening date unknown
Seafood on the sand by Pigeon Island
Feet in the sand and a plate of locally sourced seafood, nobody rushing you off the beach. The Thirsty Parrot recently rebranded: new look, same grill-and-bar format. It sits close enough to Pigeon Island National Landmark that regulars call it "the beach outside Pigeon Island."
Sunday mornings pull a breakfast crowd with its own following. The rest of the week runs dinner only, Wednesday through Sunday. It's one of the few spots that draws locals as much as resort guests.
