Beach grill under Cap Maison

Skip the clifftop dining room and head down to the sand. The Naked Fisherman is Cap Maison's beach-level cousin to The Cliff at Cap, a thatched, open-air grill parked right on Smugglers Cove Beach with Creole fish stew, curry and whatever came off the grill that day.

Its own tagline says it best: stay for an hour, stay for the day. It works more like a beach-club pass with a kitchen than a dinner reservation, tucked into the resort-heavy Cap Estate stretch north of the village.

Good to know

• Right on Smugglers Cove Beach, below Cap Maison resort.
• About a 15-minute walk from the Royalton, or a short taxi.
• Good for a full beach day, not just a meal.
