Cellar-poured wine and aperitivo tapas inside The Palms, Almadies

Skip the standard bar list. Ella's pours from a dedicated wine cellar, part of the Noliane bistro concept tucked inside The Palms Luxury Boutique Hotel on Route de King Fahd. The tapas here are built to go with a glass, European aperitivo style, not a full plate.

The hotel actually gives you two drinking rooms. Le Bistrot Noliane runs as the café and wine bar by day, while Ella's takes over as the evening pour.
