Sundowners on the spot everyone still calls Bartolino

Briss opened on the east side of Es Pujols beach on 24 July 2024, on the site of the old S'Abeuradeta kiosk. Most regulars still know it by the name of the previous place, Bartolino.

The focus here is the hour before dinner: a spot to watch the sun go down on this side of the island.

Good to know

Arrive by 7:30 PM to claim a table with a direct view of the water.
Order the house vermouth, which costs 6 euros.
Ask for a seat on the far left side of the deck to avoid the glare of the setting sun.

Wow, if you are visiting Formentera and happen to be in Es Pujols, you have to go here for a drink and a selection of their excellent sea food dishes. Oh and did I mention the views AMAZING 😎 😊

Great chiringuito. Very friendly with a multi national crowd. Excellent cocktails and sangria. You can get the odd pesky mosquito so bring spay or long sleeves!

Love this bar, its on the beach & a great laid -back place to watch the sunset with a drink. Nice cocktails but we didn’t eat there.
