Blossom moved on September 1, 2024, from its old spot in Málaga's historic centre to the fourth floor of the Palacio de la Aduana, an 18th-century building that also houses the Museo de Málaga.
Chef Emiliano Schobert runs the kitchen, drawing on his Michelin-starred background for a modern fusion menu. The new dining room is bigger than the old one, and he keeps mixing cultures and techniques across the courses.

At BLOSSOM Restaurant, I really appreciated the warm personal touch from Judy. She was friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel welcoming without being over the top. I also liked how she took the time to explain the food clearly, which made choosing much easier. It’s the kind of place that leaves a good impression and makes me want to come back.

The food was really really good. The ambiance was also great. Sometimes when I go to well-rated restaurants, it often feels very very stiff and formal. However, the staff and the atmosphere at Blossom made you feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend when coming to Malaga!!!!

I was waiting for the visit and unfortunately the restaurant was.. just not what expected from the promotion. None of the food unfortunately stood out. It was all and nothing at the same time - we tried so many ingredients, but the result, unfortunately, was not to our liking. Especially the deserts- maybe there was some hidden meaning in those, but for us they were just flavorless. The waiters were nice but there were no personal touch in anything, everything seemed like programmed actions. Place was beautiful and the terrace as well. As per my opinion, the money was not worth it.

Beautiful restaurant with stunning views of Malaga old town and castle. Incredibly knowledgeable and attentive service. Tasting menu was exceptional. Expensive but an experience for a special occasion.

My partner and I visited Blossom during our first trip to Malaga last month, and it ended up being the perfect final night in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. Located inside the museum, the restaurant is elegant, intimate, and beautifully designed, with a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Nicholas welcomed us at the front, offered to take our jackets, and escorted us to a table prepared with our name on it, which was such a thoughtful touch. From there, the experience only got better. We were greeted with warm towels, a small wine pour, and bubbly to prepare the palate before the tasting began. The 11 or 12-course tasting menu was exceptional from start to finish. Every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully explained, and served with genuine passion for the craft. You could tell the team truly cared about every detail of the experience. The pacing was perfect for a nearly three-hour dinner that never once felt rushed. Ending the evening with dessert and tea was the perfect finish. Nicholas and Celeste made the night unforgettable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly polished while still making the experience feel personal and comfortable. If you are looking for a Michelin-star tasting menu experience in Malaga with outstanding service and unforgettable food, Blossom is absolutely worth it. Easily one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. 10/10.
