The bar and restaurant next to Gothenburg's first distillery

Ego Spritbar opened in February 2025 right next to Ego Distillers in Gamlestadens Fabriker, the city's first distillery, which had started production a year earlier.

The menu runs on the house's own gins, akvavit and vodka, several with international awards, plus tastings and tours through the production floor.
