The laminated pastry flavors change every two weeks, alongside sourdough loaves and daily bakes. A queue from the neighborhood formed almost immediately.

I wish I could give 6 stars, or that I could live nearby just to be a regular! It is well-worth taking the car from our village to enjoy this corner of paradise. This bakery is perfection. The cozy seating facing the counter, the selection and quality of the baked goods, as well as the service and the friendliness of the staff. All I tried (bread included) was scrumptious. See you next time!

Their semla was the best in town for us, they also have a great salt vanilla bun which is a perfect balance of salty and sweet.

Worth the hype! The semla was obviously great but the big win for us was the Snurra with almonds. Amazing texture and taste. Definitely coming back!
