Taiwanese night-market plates on the street that gave the place its name

Sanlo opened on Bergsgatan in Malmö at the end of February 2025, run by food writer and cookbook author Karin Lei and her husband Kenneth Tao. Sanlo is Mandarin for Bergsgatan, picked both for the address and because mountains cover about 70% of Taiwan.

The kitchen turns out xiaochi, shareable night-market small plates like scallion pancakes, popcorn chicken and crispy rice, plus a separate menu for weekday lunch.
