A 700-square-meter trattoria anchoring Lilla Torg

Basta opened at Lilla Torg 17 on October 30, 2025, the largest restaurant yet from Urban Italian Group at 700 square meters and about 300 seats across the dining room and terrace.

The menu runs on Neapolitan pizza and fresh pasta, backed by two bars pouring cocktails. It's half of a 1,000-square-meter double debut on the square, alongside sister restaurant Lola Maria.

Our group had a wonderful evening here. All the dishes we ordered tasted amazing. The drinks were a little too sour for our taste. The restaurant's ambiance is absolutely stunning.

As a true foodie, today we come to celebrate Mother’s Day in this restaurant today and was instantly blown away by the unique interior design – it’s so eye-catching and full of character. But the real highlight of the evening was our waitress Camilia – she made the whole experience absolutely unforgettable. Warm, funny, and incredibly attentive, she turned every course into a little celebration. And the food? Hands down the best I’ve had so far in Malmö. Every bite was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and made my foodie heart sing. If you're looking for a meal that’ll make you smile from start to finish, this is the place. Huge thanks to Camilia and the team for giving me such a happy, delicious day. 5 stars – I'll be back in the future
