Jazz, serious cocktails and colonial glamour by the river

Come for the live jazz that plays most nights in a dark, colonial-tinged room just off the Mandarin Oriental's lobby. It's one of the oldest bars in Bangkok and still one of its best.

The cocktail list is no afterthought, it's landed the bar high on Asia's 50 Best Bars. Expect a mix of hotel guests in linen and Bangkok regulars who know exactly which table to ask for.

My bf brought me here on the last night of our vacation cz he knows how much I love jazz. It was truly an unforgettable moment haha ,the cocktails were amazing, the singers voice was beautiful The only downside was that one of the female staff members wasnt v friendly n was sitting in the smoking room smoking tobacco. Other than that, everything was great, and the staff who served me was very kind

The bar is classy, has a cozy atmosphere. I ordered mocktail. I love that taste, so special. Not too sweet and scents is nice. They use special ingredient from Thailand. Like Kaffir lame. It’s a key ingredient in Thai cruisie. 🥰
