Old warehouses turned riverside design compound
A cluster of old riverside warehouses on the Thonburi bank, reworked by a Thai architect into a design shop, bookshop, gallery and café around a courtyard shaded by a huge rain tree. It faces the older commercial bank across the river.
The café and Thai restaurant anchor the space, which doubles as an event and exhibition venue. It draws a design-minded crowd, and pairs well with a river crossing and a stop at nearby ICONSIAM.
