Greenhouse brunch on Nimman Soi 17, all day, from chef Chalee Kader

Eggs, bacon, pancakes and sandwiches run all day here, not just till noon. Fran's Chiang Mai sits on Nimmanhaemin Soi 17 in a dining room built like a greenhouse, plants worked right into the structure. The sourdough and bagels are made in house.

A full bar sits next to the food menu, and the room doubles as an events space once brunch service winds down, with guest-chef dinners and live DJ sets. It's open 8am to 10pm daily.

Was there for late lunch after golfing. Found the staff friendly, warm and attentive. The sandwiches is bigger than the photo in the menu. The sandwiches and iced mocha were delicious.

We were invited to this restaurant last year, the food was great, so we decided to go again. Great atmosphere, with lush greenery surrounding the restaurant. Wide spread of menu, food was tasty, ingredients were fresh. Great for dog owners, dates, casual business lunch and events as the restaurants is pretty big in space. Would come back for the vibes and location.

This place lived up to the Tik Tok hype. The food was exceptional, there’s service very attentive and a beautiful ambiance. As an expat in Thailand, I can get down with a good all American breakfast and this place did not disappoint. DO NOT order the decaf coffee, that was disappointing. Otherwise, had a perfect brunch.

The rewards always go to the early birds. Fran offer the unique experience of an healty American breakfast and brunch. The coffee is energetic and the salads are refreshing. The bagels are a most have and the soups are good. The food are good but the atmosphere is what really up thw value. An experience worth exploring.
