A café built right into a pond in Sarıçam's park

Ada Kafe sits in the middle of an ecological pond inside Atatürk Park, and it's the first café Adana's municipality has ever run itself. That alone made opening weekend a scene, with the mayor cutting the ribbon in person.

The two-floor building faces the water from every angle: a ground-floor terrace, an upstairs balcony, and work-friendly seating if you want to linger. Prices sit at municipal rates, well under typical café-strip markups, which explains the crowds.
