We came with my friends today and we were really pleased. The female employee was very sweet 💞🎀🪷🧘🏽♀️ and both the male and female employees were incredibly attentive and friendly; you really feel comfortable. Our orders arrived very quickly, we didn't wait at all. The drinks were both delicious and beautifully presented. Seeing places that offer such friendly and excellent service makes you want to come back again. We will definitely come again. Thank you to everyone involved 🦢💞🎀🪷🧘🏽♀️🌺

The atmosphere was very spacious, the selection of drinks was much wider than standard cafes, the boutique and spotlessly clean nature of the place was a major reason for choosing it, and thanks to the friendly staff, it felt like home. It's definitely a place that suits Ziyapaşa very well.

It was a cafe we went to because we couldn't find a place to go for my birthday. We waited at least 20 minutes for them to take our order. Even though we said we weren't going to eat the cake, just take pictures, they still charged us. We were going to order extra anyway since we brought our own cake to the cafe, so we were shocked by this. I didn't say anything to avoid ruining my day. We were sitting at one of the middle tables with our belongings (heart-shaped balloons, plush toys, bags). They said it was too much and asked if they could move us to a corner table, basically giving us a "get out of my place" vibe. If these things bother you so much, the owner, it's a tiny place anyway. We weren't happy either, we couldn't comfortably place our belongings, and you have no right to say that to a customer. If it hadn't been my birthday, I would have reacted strongly. We ordered tea, but no spoon came with it, no sugar. We had to ask for everything in installments. It was a terrible place. The woman who runs it had a very unpleasant attitude, the waiters had zero communication, zero service quality. She's writing reviews here praising the place with comments about cosmetic procedures done by a few acquaintances, but those who go there... I'm sure everyone leaves the place regretting it immensely. I'm giving them all 5 stars just so my review appears at the top.
