I’ve been to Doris a few times now, and it has easily become one of my favorite places in Adana. What really stands out is how friendly and genuine the staff are. They’re attentive without being overbearing, and there’s a really warm, personal feeling to the service. The food has been consistently excellent, and everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The cocktails are also very well made, with a good balance of creativity and quality. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you can have great food and drinks while actually enjoying the atmosphere and the people around you. The combination of good products, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere makes Doris a place I’m always happy to come back to. Definitely one of the better spots I’ve found in Adana.

The food is delicious, the only problem is that orders take a while. If you're not too hungry and can wait, then it's fine. The seafood is quite successful; the stuffed calamari and Doris mix are definitely recommended.

We haven't lived in Adana for a long time, but we noticed it while passing through and tried it. It was a calm and pleasant experience, a much better choice than the crowded, pretentious places around, so we left satisfied. The fish products were fresh and delicious. I recently visited this spot and had a great time. The atmosphere is cosy and perfect for chatting with friends, with nice music playing in the background. The servers were attentive and friendly, which really added to the experience. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the draft beer at 125 TL felt like a bargain. The wine, however, was on the expensive side. Overall, the pricing for food and most drinks felt fair. The place has a picturesque design, making it pleasant to sit and enjoy the environment. It’s not overly bright, which adds to the chill vibe. Perfect for spending an evening relaxing with friends. Highlight: Delicious food and cheap draft beer in a beautiful, relaxed setting.
