Adana's rare wine-and-cheese bar, now in Kurtuluş

Forget rakı and cocktails. Gusto Wine & Cheese is one of the only bars in Adana built entirely around a wine list and paired cheese boards. It settled into a garden-backed spot in Kurtuluş, with occasional live piano evenings.

Order wine by the glass or bottle and let the cheese plates do the rest. The courtyard is made for lingering, but book ahead on piano nights, the garden seats go first.
