Skip the menu. Orfoz sends out a set procession of whatever the Aegean gave up that morning, chosen by a family with a diving background who know their sea urchin from a merely good one. Shellfish and pristine fish fill out the rest.

The room sits above the water in Zeytinlik, small and reservation-only. Coordinates are approximate to the neighbourhood, so trust the kitchen and eat what comes.
