The best cocktail bar in istanbul if you want a unique and thoughtful experience, the original location is also in Moda if you are more Asia inclined, both quality places!

This isn’t just a bar, it’s the only place (plus its sister bar Fahri Konsolos) that practices contemporary Turkish mixology. Specifically Turkish craft cocktails made from ingredients sourced from small producers in Turkey. Cocktails inspired by Turkish history, culture, and traditions, which change seasonally because of the seasonality of their minute ingredients. It’s a serious cocktail bar that makes a lot of its ingredients in-house and shakes them up in Soy brand hand-crafted pure solid silver shakers. Which you can buy in the Soy store inside the bar. It doesn’t get any better than that. Go to this beautiful bar and support people who are making things with love and a painstaking attention to detail and quality.

I love hanging out at the spot. The interior is so relaxing and the cocktails are my favorite. Whenever I’m at Serkonsul, it’s to satisfy my curiosity for surprises. And I’m never disappointed.

Great service and cocktails. The additional offerings were great as well, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a place I’d visit again.
