The Park at Grace Bay
★ 5.0 · 14 reviews Providenciales Opened December 2025
Townhouse space, resort-row location, half the price
Fifty-eight gated townhomes sit on Celebration Drive, a fifteen-minute walk from Grace Bay Beach and closer still to The Regent Village. That's the pitch: real square footage instead of a hotel room, at a fraction of what a beachfront suite costs.
Units run up to three bedrooms with separate sitting areas and furnished balconies around a shared pool. It's booked as an aparthotel rather than a resort, so don't expect a lobby. Kitchens make it the better call for longer stays.
Good to know
- Townhomes run to three bedrooms, so it suits groups better than couples.
- Grace Bay Beach and The Regent Village are both about a fifteen-minute walk.

The Park Villa at Grace Bay – Turks & Caicos Review May 8-11 2026 First Impressions Matter: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression—but a warm welcome and genuine effort can turn any beginning into a memorable experience.” As a 21-year Brain Injury Survivor, 1996 Olympian, and author, I know the power of resilience and the importance of details—especially when traveling. For my sister’s 55th birthday, the three of us decided on Turks & Caicos for a much-needed retreat, marking both her milestone and my first visit to this beautiful island. Our chosen home was The Park Villa in the Grace Bay area, which we anticipated eagerly. The villa is new, clean, and peacefully quiet—perfect for catching your breath and celebrating life’s moments. The area felt very safe and I took great pleasure in the tranquil walks. However, our arrival was rocky. The roads to and around the property are not yet paved, making for a dusty and somewhat difficult approach. Our taxi driver was unfamiliar with the location—despite charging us $15 USD—and we found ourselves waiting outside a locked gate for nearly 20 minutes until the gracious Aneeka rescued us. Once inside, things improved. The villa itself is modern and inviting. Heartfelt thanks to Tracey and Atilda, our shuttle drivers, who went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. Special mention to Keith, owner of The Park Villa, who stepped in personally to help us with dinner transportation when other staff were unavailable. His kindness underscored the potential of this new property. As an accessibility advocate, I see real opportunity for The Park to set itself apart. I’d gladly offer my experience and support to improve accessibility and customer service training for future guests. We left feeling relaxed and cherished, despite the unfinished aspects of the property. With continued growth and attention to guest experience, The Park Villa can become a premier destination in Turks & Caicos. Thank you, Keith, Tracey, Atilda, and Aneeka for your hospitality. I’d love to connect to discuss accessible improvements and customer service training. The future is bright for The Park Villa!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids this past week and loved it. The place felt so peaceful, private, and really well kept. Everything—from the clean, modern design to the lush surroundings, pool, and gym—just made it feel super comfortable and easy to relax. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from Grace Bay beach and close to the main strip. It was the perfect mix of convenience and calm. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful spot in Turks.

My stay at the beautiful The Park at Grace Bay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and completely taken care of. Tracey is an absolute ball of fun—so informative, helpful, and genuinely attentive. As lost as we were at times, she made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful experience. The villa itself was stunning—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was on point. Even with construction still underway, the grounds are still incredible, and I can only imagine how amazing it will be once everything is fully complete. The staff truly went above and beyond. Alan is hands down the best bartender—he brings the party! And Tony made sure our trips to and from the beach were smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Tell my girl Tracey Siara sent you 🫶🏾

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were a family of four and stayed here this past weekend. The cleanliness is always a top priority for us and this place exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-organized from the kitchen supplies to the extra towels, all fresh and clearly cared for, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time there. The space was beyond perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms, 4 washrooms and tvs in every room (Building 405). Junior at the pool bar made also made us great coffee and Grace at the front desk was very helpful when needed. The gym facility is well equipped and amazing! Kids loved the poolside ping pong table. We would highly recommend this spot to families, friends and couples traveling together and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, stress-free getaway that is walking distance to the beach and shops. They also provide a golf cart service to the beach! We hope to return here one day! :)
