Italian-Caribbean fusion, Somerset's big bet

The blackened mahi and the burrata caprese are why people are talking about this one. Barbetta House runs Italian and Caribbean-Spanish fusion out of The Somerset, with a rum bar and live music on certain nights.

It didn't just add a menu, it replaced the resort's entire dining concept, a swing few Grace Bay resorts take. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.
